Deployed systems are hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure with encrypted data at rest and in transit.
2. Access Control
Access to client systems and data is restricted to engineers actively assigned to that engagement, governed by role-based permissions.
3. Payment Data
Invoice and royalty payment data is processed exclusively through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store raw card numbers on any system we build.
4. Monitoring & Incident Response
Production systems are monitored for anomalous activity, with an incident response process in place to contain and disclose any confirmed breach.
5. Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you've discovered a security vulnerability in a Ray Dog-built system, please report it to the email below before public disclosure.
